Our Gold Coast (Queensland) team dispatches orders the next business day after your order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Custom Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (outside of Australia). These are not included as part of the shipping costs. The Kairos Child is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are required by law to list the correct value of the goods, to which import duties may be charged based off this value - we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thekairoschild.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Providing correct information
We really want to make sure your order goes smoothly, so please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once we receive your order request and dispatch items, we are unable to alter the address. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to us.
Once the order has been dispatched, it becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It becomes the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with the Postal Service should any items be misplaced. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
